The staff at the reception desk were friendly and excellent. the hotel's location near a public park was particularly good for our visit. Our trip in the downtown area was great.

The property was perfect with superfriendly staff at reception desk, I liked the stay. The location was great and unbeatable for walking around Le Lieu unique Cultural Center. I got exceptionally clean and compact room with a very comfortable bed.

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Having a mini kitchen was great. As we arrived late the complimentary bottled water were much appreciated.

Wireless internet is actually unusable due to ceificate validation. The size of the breakfast rooms is not sufficient for the size of the hotel.

Great location near the train station and with a beautiful view of the river and city skyline. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and there were even outlets next to the beds. The staff were helpful and the hotel was well-kept.

Difficult access to the residence and parking, with no clearly visible signs. Not very close to the city center and limited restaurant options nearby.

The room was very comfortable, the bed especially was very comfortable. It was good to have a kitchenette and bath.

The tea and coffee were not replaced each day. Also the soap was not replaced. You could not get a cup of coffee from the bar. The bar was not manned. Public transport was infrequent and finished early. The last bus from Commerce to the hotel was at about 20.30 pm. There was not a supermarket close to the hotel. The tv did not work; but this did not bother us too much.

Excellent riverfront location with views - easy access to city centre, staff very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, continental breakfast good - strongly recommended for family stays

The car park wasn't very accessible from hotel and difficult to manoevre a large car (but that's the architect's fault!)

Very very nice staff, soundproof rooms with EXCELLENT view and a fan plus power shower. Private parking on site provided. A gym was a big bonus too.

No room services and cleaning and thy dont prvide soap and shampoing unless we ask many time.They dont change tisues covers.In one word the service is very poor.

The service was very friendly. The rooms are new, very modern and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. I had a studio with a kitchenette and free wi-fi, so it was perfect for my business needs.

Whilst the location is very close to the train station and 10mins easy walk into the centre of town, it is in a fairly isolated area, so getting dinner was not a simple task. Staff are happy to book taxi's for you, but it is about 10euro to be dropped into the city.
